This Privacy Policy applies to Riders First websites and digital services, including riders-first.com, our public registration system, Rider Portal, and other Riders First systems that link to this Policy.

We seek to collect only information reasonably necessary to operate our training programs, provide rider services, maintain required records, process transactions, communicate with riders, protect our systems, and comply with applicable requirements.
Registration and Rider Profiles
When you register for a Riders First course, we may create or associate your registration with a permanent Rider Profile.
Your Rider Profile allows Riders First to maintain accurate training and registration records across multiple courses and interactions.
Information associated with your Rider Profile may include contact information, date of birth, driver’s license information, registration history, attendance, course results, waiver status, eCourse status, payment history, and other information needed to administer Riders First programs.
We use safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access to another rider’s profile or registration.
When identity information cannot be matched reliably, Riders First may route the registration or requested change for authorized staff review rather than automatically combining or modifying Rider Profiles.
Date of Birth and Driver’s License Information
Riders First may collect your date of birth and driver’s license information when reasonably necessary for rider identification, registration requirements, training records, eligibility verification, duplicate-profile prevention, state or program requirements, or other legitimate operational purposes.
Driver’s license information and other sensitive identity information are subject to additional access controls and security protections.
Riders First does not intentionally expose full driver’s license numbers or sensitive identity information through public webpages, text messages, email links, or ordinary administrative displays.
We may use protected server-side matching methods to determine whether registration or identity records correspond to an existing Rider Profile without displaying the underlying sensitive information.
Payments and Financial Information
Riders First uses third-party payment providers, including Stripe, to process applicable online payments.
Riders First does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers, card verification values (CVV), or other full payment credentials within the Riders First platform.
Payment providers may collect and process payment information according to their own privacy policies and security practices.
Riders First may maintain transaction records necessary to document charges, discounts, fees, credits, adjustments, refunds, partial refunds, disputes, chargebacks, reversals, and other financial activity related to a rider’s registration.
These records may include transaction amounts, payment status, provider transaction identifiers, timestamps, and related registration information.
Waivers, Signatures, and Uploaded Documents
Riders First may collect electronic waivers, acknowledgements, signatures, certificates, and other documents required for participation in a training program.
These records may be associated with your registration and Rider Profile.
Uploaded and generated documents are intended to be stored using private access controls and made available only to authorized users with a legitimate need to access them.
Riders First may retain signed waivers and related records as part of the permanent training or Rider History record where appropriate.

Riders First may collect and maintain information regarding:
